The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
In the event of a return request, it must be within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the customer is responsible for returning delivery to the store, whether by shipping or hand-delivering it in Riyadh if circumstances permit.
The returned products must arrive at the store, or be delivered to the shipping company, within the period mentioned above.
The amount of the returned product is returned to the store after the store receives the product in its original condition, unused or damaged.
