*Terms and conditions of purchase from the 4M store:
Dear customer, we ask you to review the following before completing the purchase process, as completing the purchase will be considered as acceptance of these terms:
First: the products offered
1- You must ensure that the product meets your needs.
2- The store is not responsible for the customer’s error in ordering the product.
Second: Product guarantee
Warranty is only as stated in the product description.
Third: Shipping and delivery
1- The customer must enter the recipient’s name and delivery address correctly. If there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered, or additional fees will be imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative. The delivery company may also request to see the ID to match the recipient's name before delivering the order.
2- The expected time of arrival of the goods is an estimated time, and we will do our best to receive your order as quickly as possible, except that the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store’s control.
3- The customer’s order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his not being present at the delivery location, his failure to respond to the delivery representative’s call, or his request to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.
4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without consulting the customer if the shipping is free. It is also permissible to change it if the shipping is paid, provided that the store returns the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower.
5- If the shipment arrives damaged internally, the customer must inform the shipping company before receiving the order, and then inform the store directly.
6- Sometimes shipping companies correct the amount of payment upon receipt to the nearest whole number to be without halalas. For example, if the total is (150.56 riyals), it will be corrected to (151 riyals), and if the total is (150.45 riyals), it will be corrected to (150 riyals).
7- The customer is responsible for customs clearance, value-added tax, and any government fees, restrictions or other laws imposed by other countries on orders sent outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Fourth: Return and exchange
1- The product must be in its original condition, not used or damaged.
2- In the event of a return request, it must be within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the customer is considered responsible for re-delivery to the store, whether by shipping or by hand-delivering it in Riyadh if circumstances permit. The returned products must arrive at the store, or be delivered to the shipping company, within the period mentioned above.
3- The amount of the returned product will be returned to the store after the store receives the product while it is in its original condition, unused or damaged.
Fifth: Fees for (cancellation/amendment/non-receipt) of the application
The customer must send the amendment or cancellation request via the store’s WhatsApp to 0551924294. Given that shipping, delivery and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be charged as follows:
1- If the order is delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to him, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and imposes a fee for the shipment and return, a fee of 35 riyals will be charged, deducted from the amount returned to the customer. .
2- If the shipping is free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the unreturned purchases is less than 400 riyals, the usual shipping fees will be calculated depending on the destination, deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
3- These fees will not be imposed on the customer if the store is not charged fees by the shipping company.
4- The customer acknowledges that if he chooses to pay upon receipt, and does not receive the order, the aforementioned fees remain his responsibility, and must be transferred to one of the store’s bank accounts.
